This notice explains how WELLYVENTURES LTD uses information submitted through AIWelly. Updated 25 September 2026.

Who is responsible

AIWelly is a trading name of WELLYVENTURES LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17427365, at 15 Aylesford Street, London SW1V 3RY. Contact hello@aiwelly.com about your information.

When you get in touch

We collect the name, email address, company, project type, optional budget and message you provide. We use this to consider your project and respond to your enquiry. Please do not send confidential client material, account passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data through this form.

Why we use it

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract to handle project enquiries, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and preventing abuse for security records. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form.

Where it goes and how long it stays

Enquiries are stored on our server in Germany, hosted by Hetzner, and are accessible to authorised WellyVentures staff. We use Resend to email your enquiry to our team, including your contact details and project brief. Those email copies are also held by our email providers. The website enquiry inbox retains submissions for up to 90 days. If a project proceeds, related correspondence and contract records may be retained separately for the project and applicable legal obligations. Server access and error logs are retained for up to 14 days for security and diagnostics. Short lived rate limits use a keyed network identifier rather than retaining your IP address in the enquiry database.

Cookies and your browser

These websites use no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Interactive demo preferences last only while the page is open. Essential server security checks support the enquiry form. External portfolio links take you to separate websites with their own privacy notices.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to use based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where applicable. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The private video studio

The invitation only studio stores your name, email, password hash, essential login cookies, workspace membership, prompts, uploaded references, drafts, generated media and usage records. We use these to provide and secure the service you request. Media and job records are private to your workspace. Authorised studio administrators can manage access and investigate failures.

Video generation providers

When you submit a generation, we send your prompt, settings and selected references to the provider for your selected model: BytePlus ModelArk for Seedance, or Alibaba Cloud Model Studio for Wan. Drafts are not sent. Processing can take place outside the UK and EEA, including Malaysia, Indonesia and other regions described by BytePlus. BytePlus states that API content is not used for model training without opt in, but content filtering can result in retention for 180 days. Output link expiry is not a promise of deletion. See BytePlus data processing information. Wan uses the Singapore International endpoint. Alibaba Cloud states that it does not use your data for model training; its processing and retention terms apply separately from our Studio storage. See Alibaba Cloud privacy information. Only upload content you are authorised to use. BytePlus fictional character references use a separate registration and approval workflow. Wan accepts ordinary image and video references subject to its own content rules and access permissions.

Studio storage and deletion

You can delete drafts and completed jobs from your workspace. Active or unresolved provider jobs must be resolved before deletion so usage can be accounted for. Uploaded references, saved frames, downloaded results and project records are held on our Hetzner server in Germany without automatic expiry or deletion. They remain until you delete them or request their removal. Contact hello@aiwelly.com for account or reference removal. Completed private recovery copies are retained indefinitely until explicitly removed; deleting content from the studio does not automatically remove it from earlier recovery copies. Limited job, usage and security records may be retained for accounting and security. This studio does not publish your content or sell it to other users.

Public video Downloads

Downloads is a separate public service. It processes the video link you submit and retrieves media from the source website on our Hetzner server. Source platforms receive requests from that server. A necessary browser cookie associates your recent downloads with this browser for up to 30 days. Clearing cookies or using a different browser starts a new history. Links, file metadata and completed files are retained without automatic deletion; contact hello@aiwelly.com to request removal. Your download list and file links require the browser cookie. We do not use your platform logins or browser cookies to access source videos. Short lived, keyed network identifiers control public request rates; these operational records expire after one day.
